Fairfield by Marriott introduces a curated Thai menu

Called Treasures of Thailand, it has been curated by expat chef Vina of Hong Samut Pub, Bangkok

Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata is hosting a 10-day Thai food festival with a curated Thai menu called Treasures of Thailand, at Kava the all-day-dine-in restaurant by Fairfield by Marriott. The menu has been curated by expat chef Vina of Hong Samut Pub, Bangkok, bringing the authentic taste of Thailand to the city. The food festival is featuring Thai-themed décor and a variety of concoctions to provide patrons with a Thai gastronomic experience. Executive chef Arabinda Seth and Chef Vina are serving the table with the essence and flavours of Thai delicacies.

Manoj Jangid, general manager of Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata, said, “Keeping in mind the love for Asian food of the people in Calcutta, we decided to celebrate Thai food for 10 days at our own restaurant Kava. We associated with stellar expat chef Vina from Bangkok to curate this culinary journey of Thai cuisine as Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata believes in diversity. I look forward to welcoming the City of Joy to come and experience Chef Vina’s talent with extraordinary classics from Thailand.”
