Since opening in 2017, Fabbrica has been dedicated to offering a soul-warming Italian dining experience to its patrons. Originally envisioned as a traditional Neapolitan pizzeria, the brand has evolved over the years into a new-age pizzeria with deep-rooted traditional values. Founded by three friends who share a passion for Italian food, Fabbrica now has two outlets in the city, both designed to provide a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for its customers.Fabbrica is a casual pizzeria with a hint of classical Tuscan influence. The culinary team at Fabbrica is dedicated to upholding the authenticity of Italian cuisine by acquiring the finest ingredients and using traditional cooking techniques. The team continues to work on developing innovative cooking techniques to support the delectable menu.
