Monsoon calls for some hearty, fried, zingy and OTT treats, and Bombay Brasserie’s new monsoon menu promises just that. From cutlets to corn ribs, good old pakoras to tandoori delights, there are options aplenty.

“Monsoon in India always evokes fond nostalgia — the scent of fresh earth, the rhythmic patter of raindrops on our windows with hot and crispy bhajiyas, lime and masala dusted bhuttas, and a steaming cup of chai. Our Monsoon Fables Menu is an inspired collection of all of these rainy-day memories, brought to you with an elevated regional spin to make the most of this beautiful season. The menu features dishes like Odia Aloor Chop, Bombay street-style Kanda Bhaji and Punjab-inspired Chicken Tandoori Bomb, a perfect indulgence in the monsoon weather,” said Shikha Nath, culinary head, Bombay Brasserie.

Corn Ribs: A rendition of the street-side roasted bhutta, these charred corn ribs are laced in chilli lime butter and cheese dust, served with lime on the side. A mouthwatering tribute to the season for sure.

Mutton Cutlet: These crisp on the outside and meaty soft on the inside cutlets take inspiration from Parsi cuisine. These shallow fried mutton cutlets are served with tangy tamarind ketchup, kachumber salad, and Parsi style potato salli crisps.

Chilli Tamarind Sticky Wings: You’ve heard of peri-peri, or BBQ wings, but these are Bombay Brasserie’s very own Indian flavoured chicken wings. They’re sweet, spicy, tangy and sticky. We love the off beat tamarind flavour.
