Gastro food pub Caffeine ‘n’ Carburetors’ latest menu curation in Café de Columbia is an eclectic collection featuring flavoursome Columbian blends for coffee. The food on the menu includes Thai street favourites, the famous Neapolitan-style pizzas, open-faced sandwiches and more. The eatery brings together work, play and delicious dishes with the first floor having a retro-styled communal dining space with a micro co-working space with the second floor having a shisha lounge.
“The clientele in Kolkata today wants refined gastronomic experience, and that’s what we aim to cater to at C’n’C! Our plan is simple: five months exploring five QSRs in five overhauled menus! We’re starting off with Café De Colombia, a varied coffee experience with exquisite blends from KC Roasters. The food menu will also serve artisanal sourdough sandwiches with true respect for the ingredients. There will be sliders too, and my personal favourite: a hot dog menu inspired by flavours from around the world. We’re bursting with ideas here at C’n’C!” said Raghav Khullar, proprietor and chef.
