This winter, chill with friends over drinks and tidbits at Serafina with their unique Apertivo Evenings. An apertivo is a pre-meal drink tradition originating in Italy. Apertivo drinks aim to stimulate one’s appetite. To pair with the drinks, are a range of complementary dishes provided by Serafina.
“The introduction of Aperitivo Evenings in Calcutta is a first. You get specially curated drinks with the tastiest nibbles at Serafina, a brand-new concept in the city. The food items that accompany the cocktails are the ones that go well with the Aperitvo which are pre-meal drinks. When you order your aperitivo drinks, the nibbles accompanying them are complimentary. We have noticed a fantastic reaction from our guests since the debut. Magical Margarita: This drink from the evening was just as pretty to look at as it was for a sip. Not too strong, it had the perfect balance of flavours as well.
Aperol Spritz: For a fresh and fruity taste, have this drink. Known to be one of the most popular drinks of Italy when it comes to stimulating one’s appetite, it is sure to leave you wanting for more.
Campari Lemonade: Move over your regular lemonades for this refreshing drink. With a perfect balance of bitterness and sweet, it leaves a fulfilling aftertaste.
