The popular brewpub Effingut on Park Street, wellknown for its quirky, edgy ambience, Insta-worthy spots and appetising dishes, revamped its menu and gave it a fresh twist. Their regular menu consists of the best of Pan-Asian, Indian and Continental cuisines, along with dishes that are well-suited to go with cocktails and beer. The brandnew menu is all about innovative presentations and reinventions of classic Oriental dishes. Focusing primarily on comfort food, the welldesigned menu contains food items attuned to local palates.
“After the festive season, we have incorporated little changes in the menu. Effingut is popular for its appetisers but we have added some main course dishes this time as we cater to a lot of big groups and family crowds,” said Ujjal Adhikary, general manager, Effingut.

Shiro Miso Soup: A traditional Japanese soup that is made from softened miso paste that offers a fresh taste to the palate. The sweetness of the broth is enhanced when had with enoki mushrooms on the side.
Dynamite Prawns: Succulent prawns are tossed in the in-house special Sriracha Aioli sauce, with a generous sprinkle of sesame seeds on top. It clearly lives up to its name for the burst of flavours it induces in our mouths!
Prawns in Mustard Chilli: The juicy prawns taste like home due to kasundi being one of the dominant ingredients in the dish. We absolutely adore how the prawns are presented in shot glasses!
Khow Suey: A classic Burmese delicacy in which the noodles are cooked in a coconut milk-based soup. This creamy concoction is also served with a variety of accompaniments like peanuts, chillies, spring onions, garlic and more.
KPK chicken: Bitesized chicken pieces are wok-tossed in Kung Pao sauce and garnished with cashews. This sweet and spicy dish works wonders for your taste buds when had with a sweet cocktail as an accompaniment.
Ramen Bowl: Ramen noodles are doused in delicately spiced, sweetflavoured miso broth, and served with pork sausages, hard-boiled egg, and an assortment of tasteful veggies.
Chicken Wings Teriyaki: Chicken wings tossed in the sweet, savoury, and salty blend of Teriyaki sauce spells comfort. This Japanese staple never fails to impress!
