The Astor Hotel has curated a tempting menu featuring the king of fruits where mangoes have been inventively integrated into recipes. Patrons can start off with Fresh Mango and Basil Lassi or opt for Raw Mango Kiwi Panna. The tempting selection of drinks also includes Summer Blast, Mango Daiquiri, Mangorita, Mango Mojo, and Mango Iced Tea for a refreshing break from the heat. The hotel’s culinary prowess is evident in the delicious main course selections. The tempting combination of flavours in dishes like the Grilled Fish with Paka Aam er Salsa, paired with Aromatic Coriander Rice and Zucchini, and the fresh Mango and Prawn in Oyster Sauce is sure to fascinate. Additionally, one may indulge in the mouthwatering Aam Gosht, a classic lamb curry flavoured with mango and served with a choice of green chilli naan or steamed rice. The dessert menu has a variety of delectable delicacies like Alphonso and Fresh Cream Tart, Mango Panna Cotta, Aam Sotte’r Baked Yoghurt and more.
