Every year means something new for Chowman. This year it is all about 13 brand-new dishes that the Oriental restaurant chain has introduced to celebrate 13 years of its first outlet. Inspired by the rich Asian gourmet, Chowman brings the diverse flavours of Oriental delights to the plate with 13 culinary creations. From traditional favourites of Chowman Calcutta’s style to contemporary curations, these dishes have been planned and mastered by team Chowman. The new menu will be served June 30 onwards but t2 got a sneak peek into it as we tasted nine exotic dishes out of the 13.
