“This is our first retail outlet in Calcutta. And we couldn’t have got a better launch in Calcutta than in Novotel. The positioning of the brand is very premium. The products and the ingredients are very gourmet. Everyone loves burgers, but this brand is going to evolve your taste and palate. Each burger is different from the other. There is a lot for the vegetarians. We are hopeful that people in Calcutta will like the brand and we have an ambition of opening 100 cloud kitchens or retail stores in the next three years. So hopefully this will play a pivotal role in that,” said Karan Tanna, owner of Ghost Kitchens, one of the fastest-growing food delivery companies in India which recently acquired Speak Burgers.
