Nostalgia of childhood!

For some of us, as children, we called every frozen dessert an ice cream (some of us still do!). Our ice-cream cravings were often satiated with fruit popsicles and, of course, the chuskis! If you remember chuskis and your favourite flavour was Kala Khatta, then here's a healthy homemade Jamun Kala Khatta recipe by @chefchinuvaze. Chef Chinu, who some of us remember for ‘MAD’ on Pogo, has a perfect recipe that is not made from ‘gutter’ water! (How many of you heard that from your elders?)

Biscoff ice-cream sandwich, anyone?

Coming to recent favourites, the internet cannot stop raving about Biscoff-based desserts. Now, Biscoff has reached ice cream and changed it into something ice-cream connoisseurs will adore! Food content creator @millsandbuns has made an ice cream sandwich with Biscoff and we are absolutely loving it! Ice-cream sandwiches break the monotony of the ice cream world that’s ruled by scoops or cones, sundaes and bars. This ice-cream sandwich recipe is easy to make and exudes all the gourmet feels!

Can chocolate ice cream be healthy?

We know what you're thinking…“How can chocolate or ice cream be healthy?” It can be! @nutrifitnessbydisha has a recipe for an ice cream that is made with makhana (foxnuts), dates, no-sugar dark chocolate, almonds and milk. This recipe does not have sugar and uses natural sweetener from soaked dates. The powdered makhana creates the texture and the dark chocolate adds the body. So, don't fret over calories, make your cheat day a happy day!

Coconut malai ice cream

Coconut malai ice cream has a separate fan base! The creaminess of the tender coconut flesh and the subtle flavour just make you want to go on and on! If you have toddlers at home and you have been trying to give them coconut water or coconut, this recipe by @the_kidsdoctor will be very handy. The doc makes a tender coconut ice cream that is homemade and full of nutrients that little ones need. And the best part? There's no bar for adults to enjoy this delight!
