Coffee is arguably a much-loved beverage even in chai-loving Kolkata. Over the years, with the mushrooming of cafes and the exponential growth of the cafe culture in the city, the love has increased manyfold. The cafes serving new recipes and delightful preparations inspired by the global food culture have introduced a wide variety of coffee beverages to the Kolkata palate, too. Similarly, desserts have always received a warm embrace in our sweet-loving city. Keeping this dual love in mind, Bunaphile, the quaint Hindustan Park cafe, has introduced a range of coffee desserts including classic and innovative ones.
“Desserts are considered as sinful indulgence and Kolkatans love nothing more than satiating their sweet cravings. Our new range of coffee-based desserts are not only drool-worthy but also quite innovative. We hope that our patrons will enjoy digging into these delicious treats,” said Sonika Dey, founder, Bunaphile. Having no qualms about committing the sin, we gave in and here’s what we liked.
