Boho The Sky Café has opened its fourth outlet in Salt Lake after tasting success in Garia, Madhyamgram and Dum Dum. With a cosy indoor and outdoor setup, the cafe is done up in neutral themes, with a splash of green, lots of natural light and monochromatic flooring. You can relish the fresh American-continental dishes while enjoying the view of the Salt Lake skyline overlooking the busy Ultadanga bridge. The menu includes a variety of salads, vegetarian and non-vegetarian snacks, burgers, panini, pizzas, pastas along with Boho’s signature quesadillas, kebabs and chicken wings. Here’s what The Telegraph liked.
“This is the fourth outlet which we are opening after the love and support showered by our customers for our other three outlets. Keeping in mind the location, we are serving more main courses and salads at this outlet because people are more health-conscious in Salt Lake. We are also planning on hosting stand-up comedies, open mic nights, cooking workshops and other social events here,” said Roshni Aditya, the managing director of the Aditya Group.
This Egg Bacon Salad is as fresh as it looks, with boiled egg wedges and bacon presented with cocktail sauce.
Perfectly marinated and clay roasted tender chicken legs when served with melted yellow cheddar cheese is divine. Red Pepper Drumstick is a must try.
The Boho menu has some refreshing mocktails like (l-r) watermelon-based Peasant Mojito, Kitkat Fantasy, kiwi- based Boho Green Highland and Sunset of Boho.
Grilled Pescado Jalapeno Hollandaise from the main course menu is a complete meal with grilled fish tossed in chef’s signature Hollandaise sauce served with herb rice and sauteed vegetables.
The Boho Island Breeze is a fusion dish that packs in the luscious rasmalai over a bed of soft mascarpone cheese and biscuit layer. Served with fresh strawberries, cherry and walnuts, it’s sinful.
