Right from managing the kitchen to dine-in and delivery operations, the 18+ women trained under FSSAI guidelines hold down the fort. “Kolkata, among other things, is known for its own brand of biryani. To open up our 100th outlet here shows our commitment to the essential markets in eastern India for us.
