Speciality Restaurants relaunched lounge bar KIX on June 27, at City Centre 1 with a fresh new look exuding the pulsating vibe of Kolkata’s nightlife. Right beside Haka in CC1, KIX was inaugurated alongside the revamped Asian restaurant from the same brand. The lounge bar has revamped its interiors, making it the perfect party spot for the young crowd. It now features a dance floor too. Every night there will talented DJs taking over the console to keep the energy high

Commenting on the relaunch of KIX, Anjan Chatterjee, chief managing director, Speciality Restaurants, said, ‘We have revamped the all-over experience of KIX. From the look to menu, everything has been redone to appeal to the young crowd. We didn’t have DJs before, but now we have come up with DJ nights. This will also give young talents a platform to perform. We’ve also added dishes like sushi that have become popular among today’s generation’

Besides revamping the space and menu, KIX has ensured all safety measures are in place. There will be proper security guidelines with personnel deployed at the lounge bar. The space has also been constructed soundproof, so that there is no disturbance at Haka, which is next door
