If you're looking to treat yourself to some Royal Nawabi cuisine, then the upcoming Royal Kitchens of Falaknuma, an exclusive pop-up of Adaa, the premier dining destination of Taj Falaknuma Palace, Hyderabad that's coming to Shamiana, Taj City Centre Newtown tomorrow onwards till July 17 is a must-try for you. 'Ithmenaan se', a phrase meaning “with a lot of patience”, is the key to decoding Adaa, slow-cooking being the hallmark of Hyderabadi cuisine.
It promises to take guests on a remarkable culinary journey comprising signature dishes that celebrate Hyderabadi fare customised especially for the palate of patrons in the city.
Under the guidance of Chef Telegu Ramulu from Adaa, Taj Falaknuma Palace, Shamiana presents a menu that celebrates the rich heritage of carefully crafted, slow-cooked Hyderabadi cuisine which recreates the wonders of royal kitchens. Guests can look forward to a tantalising array of signature vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, meticulously prepared using the finest ingredients such as Gosht Ka Marag, Murg Shikanja, Haleem, Hyderabadi Khatti Dal, Ameer Khwani Biryani, Mirch ka Salan, Warqi Paratha, Bharwan Paneer Tikka, Kathal Haleem, Akhbari Kulcha, Subz Gulezar Biryani, Aloo Anardana, Khubani Ka Meetha, Jauzi Halwa and much more.
