Sanjha Chulha’s new menu, Daawat-e-Khyber, delves into the rich heritage of the Northwestern Frontier cuisine. It offers to take diners on a gastronomic journey steeped in tradition and flavour. Curated after months of preparation, it is a collection of dishes, each of which narrates a story of its own. It celebrates the diversity and shared histories presents all of that on the plate. Savour the toothsome dishes like Murgh Afghani Seekh and Afghani Naan that serve as a passport to the rugged landscapes and vibrant cultures that characterise the Khyber region.
