After three thali outlets, Ballygunge Place recently opened their fourth one in Topsia. Located at an office hub, 6 Ballygunge Place Thali is the correct destination for a quick and good meal to satisfy your afternoon hunger. They are serving mouth-watering and authentic Bengali cuisine on kansha thali set or brass utensils, which not only enhances the nutrient content of the food but also gives you the Bengali zamindar vibe while you have your meal.

Keeping the food quality as good as they do, 6 Ballygunge Place Thali named their thalis after quirky Bengali movies like Maach, Mishti and More, Golpo Holeo Shotti, Shobuj Dweeper Raja and more, which are available in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, along with other a la carte items. With 54 covers, the interiors have been kept subtle and fresh with warm colours and paintings based on Bengali culture on the walls. The ambience is a 10/10, being a perfect place for family and friends.

S. Ramani, founder director of the Savourites Group that owns 6 Ballygunge Place, said: “This thali outlet is the part of our QSR (quick service restaurant) and this area being an office hub, we thought why not a quick-meal restaurant? And it suits the pocket too. People can have good food at pocket-friendly prices. Another reason for this outlet was the geography. We have outlets in the south (Kolkata), Salt Lake area and the airport area too, but didn’t have one in this area. We worried about the demography a bit, then thought that the brand and food is good, so it will survive. I want people to go back from here and say that they loved the food and the way we serve, that is the USP of 6 Ballygunge Place and we want to maintain that.”
