Established in 1918, the 107-year-old Adam’s Kabab Shop at 60 Phears Lane, Chuna Gali, is one of the most talked-about kebab stops in Kolkata, especially during Ramzan. It is best known for its succulent beef suta and boti kebabs. This family-run business also had a hotel in Chandni Market which opened around the same time as the shop in Zakaria Street, but while the former outlet discontinued, the latter continues to remain a city favourite
