The Yellow Turtle believes in caring and sharing and have been organising a number of CSR activities ever since it opened its doors to city gastronomes. On December 23, fine-dining restaurant that is known for its scrumptious Asian fare, hosted a total of 11 underprivileged kids between the age of six to 14 who live near the Gariahat Flyover, at its Hemanta Mukhopadhyay Sarani address. Wearing the Santa cap, the kids enjoyed their Fried Rice and Chilli Chicken among many other delicacies that made to their plate. Priya Virmani, political and economic analyst and founder and director of Paint Our World, a humanitarian project that works with underprivileged children was also present.

“We feel highly privileged to be the part of this event. We believe to share happiness among all. We are happy to have Priya Virmani with us this time. On behalf of The Yellow Turtle we practice various CSR activities. This is one of them. I wish to be the part of these kind of activities regularly,” said Apeksha Lahiri, proprietor, The Yellow Turtle.
