The Calcutta Swimming Club throws a joyful gathering Care & Share for a good cause

On January 23, 200 children from the city's different NGOs participated in Care & Share. They inaugurated the event by cutting this 5ft-cake along with the club members.

Care & Share is an annual highlight on The Calcutta Swimming Club’s calendar, which embodies the 1, Strand Road club's commitment to giving back to society. NGOs like Ek Prayaas Educational Society, Tiljala Society for Human and Educational Development and Salvation Army for Orphaned Girls took part. Focused on bringing joy to underprivileged children and managed by dedicated members of CSC’s Ladies Wing who spearhead and execute this event, symbolises their collective pride in making a positive impact in society. Every year the event is celebrated as a carnival for the underprivileged kids, where the club organises magic shows, tattoo corners and other fun experiences for them.

It reflects CSC’s belief in nurturing the future of the country while acknowledging the contributions of those who support positive endeavours. Here are the glimpses of the event.
