The mercury dipped to 17°C in Calcutta on Christmas Eve but guests and members of The Calcutta Swimming Club kept themselves warm by dancing and having the utmost fun at Seagram’s 100 Pipers Glassware True Legend Presents The Telegraph The Calcutta Swimming Club X-MAS EVE. The Yuletide mood at CSC was filled with glitz and glamour as the whole club was decked up in Christmassy vibes. Members and their guests poured into the venue dressed in their best festive outfits, adding to the club’s Christmas vibe.

The entertainment line-up for the Xmas Eve at CSC comprised DJ Rink from Mumbai who made the audience dance to her Bollywood beats and Indian music composer, vocalist and lyricist duo Sachet-Parampara made the crowd sway with their soulful and upbeat music. And when it’s a winter party, it is incomplete without some sumptuous food and tipple which the guests munched on as they enjoyed the evening. As the clock struck 12, everyone wished each other a Merry Christmas and danced away the night. t2 was there to capture the Yule moments at The Calcutta Swimming Club.

DJ Rink warmed up the crowd as she played 2023's Bollywood hits like Besharam rang, Tere pyaar mein, Jhoome jo Pathaan, and many more. She also played some high-energy Punjabi songs for the Punjabi folk in the house

Whether it was hand-tossed pizzas by Home Slice Pizza or the season-special Rumali Roti platter with hot Dal Makhani and Butter Chicken, guests savoured all the delicacies on the menu with their tipple like whiskey, vodka, beer and some refreshing mocktails.
