Breaking the perpetual cycle of stress and addressing its root causes were the highlights of an insightful session on stress management titled Calm in Chaos, in association with t2. Hosted at The Saturday Club on November 18 and 19 and conducted by mentor C. The workshop also included an interactive segment where participants were encouraged to share their specific stress-related problems and were given helpful tips on how to overcome them.

“We are grateful for the stress management workshop by Sri C. Kailashji at The Saturday Club. The insightful session offered practical tools to navigate daily challenges. Kudos to the organisers for fostering well-being among Calcuttans. It was truly a transformative experience,” said Shilpa Gupta, a member of The Saturday Club.

“The word ‘stressfree’ is a misnomer. The goal is to manage stress and not allow it to dominate our bodies. This can be achieved by following some basic rules but first, one needs to be in a positive frame of mind. It is unfortunate that children are also unable to counter stress. They should be be allowed to understand their immediate surroundings and freed from the expectations of parents and teachers,” said C. Kailash, who is also the president of All India Yoga Vidya Pranic Healing Foundations Trust.
