Team Bheed has decided to honour “The 9 Lakh Steps Walked By Each Migrant Worker To Reach Home” with a special walkathon on Saturday, March 18, 2023, in Kolkata.
Actor Rajkummar Rao will flag off the walk from Narula Institute of Technology at Agarpara at 7am. Many COVID-19 heroes will be marking their presence in this walk for change. The institute’s students will also take part in the walkathon.
This special initiative has garnered a buzz on social media for how the film is highlighting the invisible truth to the audience.
Produced under Benaras Media Works, Anubhav Sinha’s directorial venture Bheed stars Rajkummar Rao, Pankaj Kapur, Bhumi Pednekar, Ashutosh Rana and Dia Mirza. The film also features Virendra Saxena, Aditya Shrivastava, Kritika Kamra and Karan Pandit. It is all set for a theatrical release on March 24, 2023.
