Exceller Books, in collaboration with Oxford Bookstore, celebrated the bard's legacy with 'Muktadhara 2024: A Tribute to Tagore.' The evening witnessed the launch of two books — a collection of 129 poems by contemporary poets titled An Adventure Called Life, edited by Ashoke Viswanathan and Swarupa Chatterjee, and Haiku Vignette: Moments in Miniature by Swarupa Chatterjee. The chief guest of the evening was eminent poet Joy Goswami. The evening also recognised notable contributions to literature, arts, business and education with the Tagore Samman 2024 awards. Awardees included internationally acclaimed poet Sanjukta Dasgupta; business leader Manoshi Roychowdhury; literary critic Professor Julie Banerjee Mehta; artist Chaitali Dasgupta; actor Rwitobroto Mukherjee; writer Binod Ghoshal, and academician Chandrani Biswas.
