Mayor Firhad Hakim inaugurates a daylong pre-Diwali exhibition, Soil to Soul - Binding Bengal, organised by the Kolkata Centre for Creativity (KCC) in association with Emami Arts and FICCI FLO Kolkata chapter, at KCC Anandapur off the EM Bypass on Saturday.
