On the menu: The restaurant’s Poila Baisakh specialities are a treat for those looking for a gourmet meal. Warm up with Arugula, Feta Cheese Melon With Mango Mustard salad and proceed to a char-grilled appetizer, Dolmas that present the parwal (pointed gourds) stuffed with homemade spice masala mixture, and Posto cream emulsion. The main course comprises Pumpkin Cannelloni, a fusion dish where Pumpkin is stuffed with dalia risotto, crispy coriander spice and kalonji cream sauce.
