The panelists included Sourav Ganguly; Sharmila Ghosh, former principal of Sushila Birla Girls School and current director; and Amitabh Mohan, honorary director of HSL. The discussion revolved around key aspects of growth and development, shedding light on the changing landscape of education and its profound impact on young minds.

Ganguly underscored three essential elements for personal and professional growth: effective management, navigating failures, and leveraging inherent talents for meaningful contributions. He emphasized managing pressure as a distinct life skill, separate from mental well-being, and encouraged adopting a proactive attitude of ‘Why not me?’ instead of dwelling on ‘Why me?’
