Karan Paul spent close to an hour on Thursday evening, browsing and buying, on the eve of CIMA Art Mela. The chairman of the Apeejay Surrendra Group, who is quite an art connoisseur, was "happy to be back" at CIMA after several years. Guided by Rakhi Sarkar, the director of CIMA Gallery, Paul focused on buying a collection of artworks by younger and lesser-known artists from across the country.
India’s largest affordable annual art fair is on at CIMA from November 24 to November 26.
