Highlights included ‘luchi’ paired with ‘bacon in sada aloor torkari’, a mouthwatering ‘bhaja moshla’ chicken thin-crust pizza with Bandel cheese and a tempting cinnamon half-doughnut with Christmas chocolate ganache
Donning her MasterChef apron, Dyuti said, “This marks my inaugural cake-mixing event, a concept I’ve been eager to bring to life since the inception of my baking journey. The allure of my cakes lies in their fruitfulness and the delightful infusion of alcohol, a combination that my patrons love. Prior to launching my sales this year, I thought of uniting people for a distinctly Christmas-y celebration. Hence, this curated menu came into play.” The cakes once baked will be available at The Michigan Cafe and Calcutta Calorie
