When asked why coffee painting, the artist said: ‘I love coffee! I have always been an artist and when cafés approached me to conduct workshops, I picked coffee.’ Prarthana owns Not Enough Yellow and customises shoes and bags. The homegrown brand is about a year-and-a-half old

At the end of the workshop, three winners were announced. Aerica Sardar, a chartered accountant and a digital creator, Minal Khetan, also a digital creator, and Veenu Kaur, founder @araamabyveenukaur, won a special prize from Hyatt Centric Ballygunge. Surprised at her win, Aerica said: ‘I am a painter but this was my first time painting with coffee. It was fun and enriching. I am happy to have been chosen as one of the winners’
