“It feels emotional every time I think about it as I am the first-ever girl from our state as well as city (Calcutta) to have represented India for the World Supermodel pageant and bring the title of second runner-up for India. A special thanks to Richa ma’am for her warm hosting and beautifully curating the event,” said Anisha to t2. Talking about her win and future dreams, the 22-year-old said: “It was all about pushing one step out of my comfort zone each day. I want to be an inspiration for all the girls who leave their dreams halfway and tell them that every rejection is just a redirection for something better. I look forward to carrying forward my modeling career.” Anisha, who is now pursuing her MBA, also walked the ramp for her first international fashion week with Buckby Motors in Australia.
