What to expect: Ficci Flo Kolkata presents Flo Bazaar 2022 will be a one-day lifestyle exhibition that will showcase luxury and emerging brands. With over 60 designers from all over the country, the exhibition will display products under various categories, like fashion and accessories, home accents, and more. An exclusive showcase of Ri by Ritu Kumar and a curation of home-grown labels will be the highlight of the display. With the festive and wedding season ahead, the exhibition aims to provide an all-under-one-roof solution for the shopping experience.
Organiser speak: “This is the first time the Kolkata Chapter is organising the Flo Bazaar as an independent body and we are aiming to make FLO Bazaar an annual feature in our chapter. This year funds raised by the event will be used for organising educational and inspirational events for women. And for initiatives for upliftment of the rural women of West Bengal. We are focussing on promoting women entrepreneurs from the city and across the country. Having organised Cherry Orchard, a luxury lifestyle and fashion event in the city, for the last 15 years, I have a fair understanding of what shoppers are looking for and how to curate an event for the right experience and positioning,” said Shradha Saraf, chairperson, Flo Kolkata.
