“It was my first Poila Baisakh in the city and it was an exceptional experience. People appreciated and relished good music and food. The event was done in collaboration with Krishna Events and the outcome was beyond expectation,” said Manoj Jangid, hotel manager.
An elaborate buffet curated by the in-house culinary team offered a wide range of cuisines, showcasing dishes like Topse Mach Bhaja, Borisaler Mangsher Chop, Dhakai Macher Jhol, Crispy Fish in Penang Curry, Kung Pao Chicken and Potoler Dorma. Poila Baisakh is incomplete without some mishti mukh and patrons indulged in a variety of delectable desserts like Baked Chocolate Rosogolla, Tiramisu, Labongo Lotika and more.
