What to expect: The Diwali Dhamaka this year promises to be bigger and better. The annual pre-Diwali bash by The Calcutta Swimming Club brings to its members and guests an evening full of fun, food and bumper prizes. The highlight of the evening will be a grand Bumper Tambola that promises a handsome prize to the winner. In fact, there’s a chance of winning 10kg silver apart from many more attractive prizes. So, make sure to be there with your gang. Also don’t miss out on the spectacular laser light show that will hypnotise you with its dexterity and create an everlasting memory. And, lastly, to top it all, sumptuous food from the club’s kitchen as well as share market chaats will keep you charged for the evening.
Organiser speak: “Like every year, our club is organising Diwali Dhamaka wherein we are getting bigger with the festivities. We will be having a Bumper Tambola this year wherein lots of prizes are to be won. We are also celebrating the festival of lights with a lazer show for our members and guests. Apart from the regular club food, chaats from the share market will also be on offer,” said Gaurav Chokhany, entertainment chairman.
