Ex-Xaverian Shankar Dasgupta, scientist and entrepreneur from the 1967 batch, will attend the event as chief guest and will be felicitated along with the teachers for his exemplary body of work including the creation of ‘electric batteries’ to support power, supporting NGOs and working for the nutrition of underprivileged kids. Following the felicitation ceremony, the Xaverians will be treated to an evening of cultural performances. Crossroads, the music band, will perform for the ex-students, taking them down memory lane of their days as students. This will be followed by a nostalgic visit to the old classrooms and game rooms where the ex-students will play games like table football and table tennis. DJ Dhruv Bhatia will keep the students entertained late in the evening, after the reunion dinner.

Organiser speak: “This reunion meet is happening after almost three years, which will see all the ex-Xaverians and their spouses joining in.
