What to expect: Interdisciplinary artiste Sujoy Prosad Chatterjee will curate a two-day lifestyle exhibition. A section of the exhibition will display his ceramic accessories and his curated antique neckpieces, stoles and dupattas of batik, ajrakh, kalamkari and eco-dye. A section will display coasters and prints of iconic paintings for home decor purposes. A special section of the exhibition will be dedicated to the legendary filmmaker Mrinal Sen as a celebration of his birth centenary. A separate section will showcase a curated collection of artist Shampa Mukherjee’s six khadi silk dhotis, conceptualised by Sujoy. It will be a tribute to six of Sen’s films. This section will also display printed coasters, T-shirts by BongoStore and printed posters of Sen’s films curated by painter Archee Roy.

Organiser speak: “I am very happy that I could finally bring Mrinal Sen as a part of my exhibits because I think it’s time we celebrate his work to inspire the next generation of artists,” said Sujoy Prosad Chatterjee.
