Cadbury Gaane Mishti Folk Fusion in association with Anandabazar Patrika and The Telegraph is back with its third edition and heritage sweet shops of the city are adding innovative Cadbury Dairy Milk twist to their signature sweets. From the luscious Chocolate Jalbhara and Chocolate Baati to the sinful Cadbury Ganache and Cadbury Velvet, outlets like Hindusthan Sweets, Nalin Chandra Das & Sons and others have created sweetmeats matching the theme. Over 130 outlets from different parts of Bengal have participated in the campaign to recreate popular traditional mishtis of their region.
Cadbury Gaane Mishti Folk Fusion is a unique concept that celebrates the blend of folk and modern music arrangements and traditional mishtis of Bengal. The campaign will culminate with the Mishti Mela on April 1 and 2 at City Centre 2, where all the artists of season three will perform live for the audiences. Prizes for the best mishti makers will be distributed by Abir Chatterjee, the face of the campaign.
