Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit diploma engineers from government polytechnics and technical institutes. For sales and marketing we recruit diploma engineers as well as management graduates from reputed b-schools.

Mid-career recruitment

We do recruit people from the industry based on our requirements. We also internally promote our employees. We take the help of placement agencies as well as advertise in newspapers. We also recruit people on the basis of recommendations from industry experts.

Terms

All our employees are on the pay roll and are confirmed after six months. The retirement age is 58 years. We do not have any contractual system.

Postings/ transfers

Our employees can be posted at our office and factory in Calcutta. Our other offices are located at Durgapur, Delhi, Chennai with offices coming up at Raipur, Mumbai and Bangalore.
