Picture by Manob ChowdharyThe Hemant Soren government is set to mark its one year anniversary on Tuesday, December 29, by inaugurating projects worth Rs 1,458.95 crore, laying foundation stones of new projects worth Rs 1091.92 crore and announcing 15 new schemes at an elaborate function in Ranchi.
The Morabadi stadium in the state capital will host the two-hour long state-level event, the preparations of which are underway. The Chief Minister on Sunday visited the venue to take a stock of the ongoing work.
“It will start at 12.30pm. The ground is being readied in accordance with Covid safety norms to ensure proper entry and exit, seating arrangements so that social distancing is maintained,” said an official in the Ranchi district administration said last week.
