Misbehaviour by Deoghar SDO, Dinesh Kumar Yadav and temple committee office bearers with Amba Prasad, Barkagaon MLA of Congress at Baidyanath Dham temple of Deoghar on Wednesday on the occasion of Shivratri has assumed political connotations.

Jharia MLA, Purnima Singh and Mahagama MLA, Dipika Pandey Singh came in support of Prasad and tweeted to chief minister Hemant Soren and others including state Congress in charge Avinash Pande raising objections over the issue.

Dipika Pandey Singh in her tweet wrote, “This behaviour with our MLA@AmbaPrasadINC and her associates in Temple is not acceptable. @DCDeoghar must take immediate action”

Singh who tagged state in charge of Congress, Avinash Pande and chief minister, Hemant Soren with the tweet also posted a video of verbal duel between Amba Prasad and office bearer of temple management committee of yesterday.

Jharia MLA of Congress, Purnima Singh while retweeting the tweet of Dipika Pandey Singh said, “This is unacceptable @HemantSorenJMM ji. We can’t give false lectures on women’s day if we can’t safeguard rights and honor of a women representing a constituency”.

Meanwhile, the issue was raised on Wednesday in state assembly by Amba Prasad following which the speaker, Ravindranath Mahto also expressed concern over the incident and instructed parliamentary affairs minister, Alamgir Alam to carry out a probe in this regard.

Amba Prasad in her speech in assembly while pointing out the mismanagement in the temple said that when she tried to meet the Sub Divisional Officer, Dinesh Kumar Yadav to point out the mismanagement in the temple he misbehaved with her. She also expressed strong objection over the behaviour of general manager of the Baidyanath Dham temple management committee with her and demanded constitution of a all party probe committee for carrying out probe of the issue.

Bokaro MLA of BJP, Biranchi Narayan while supporting the issue raised by Amba Prasad in state assembly today said “the disrespect with Amba Prasad is not only the disrespect of the women MLA of state but the disrespect of the house (read assembly)’

In a related developed Manjunath Bhajantri, Deoghar DC ordered a probe into the issued raised by Amba Prasad and instructed Kumar Tarachand, Deputy Development Commissioner of Deoghar to launch an a probe into the incident and submit a report to him at the earliest.
