The Supreme Court on Wednesday cleared the name of its former judge B.S. Chauhan as head of the inquiry commission to probe gangster Vikas Dubey’s encounter killing by Uttar Pradesh police.

The apex court asserted that the panel should also examine how the gangster involved in 64 heinous cases of murder, attempt to murder and extortion managed to get regular bails.
