Mumbai, Oct. 21 (PTI): The CBI today filed its second supplementary chargesheet in the Sheena Bora murder case, saying former media executive Peter Mukerjea knew of the conspiracy to kill his stepdaughter.

It added that Peter had been kept in the loop by his wife and prime accused Indrani Mukerjea about the selection of the spot for disposal of the body.

The prosecution is likely to begin its arguments tomorrow on the framing of charges against Peter, Indrani and her former husband Sanjeev Khanna. Sheena, Indrani's daughter, was strangled in a car in 2012, allegedly by Indrani, Khanna and Indrani's former driver Shyamvar Rai.

According to the chargesheet, Indrani and Peter were against the "relationship" between Sheena and Rahul, Peter's son from his first wife.
