Salt Lake's classic café with delicious meals Calcutta 64

Mr. Debojit Paul had an epiphany when he chose to launch Calcutta 64. Debojit Paul, a partner, recalls getting the idea "back in 2013 while on a business trip to Bangalore and paying a visit to Hardrock Cafe."

Despite being a bar, he thinks that Hardrock Cafe taught him a lot about how a cafe should look. Although it is not a café in and of itself, it inspired him because it is the market leader. When he returned to Kolkata, he discussed the notion with his older brother and prospective wife, who both agreed. Following final approval, they launched the café with 14 seats in 2016.

The number of Hardcore Calcutta 64 devotees who vouch for the restaurant's food and atmosphere has risen over time. Pizzas, Sizzlers, C-64 Chicken Wings, Caramel Custard, KitKat Shake, Chocolate Crunchy Shake, and other time-honored favorites such as Prawn in Chili Lemon Sauce, Fish Steak, and other delightful delights are available. They provide a selection of fast meals and desserts, as well as Italian and Mexican cuisines.

Calcutta 64, one of Salt lake's most vibrant cafés, is about a ten-minute walk from City Centre and a five-minute walk from 3no.Island. The outlet is beautiful, with both inside and outdoor seating. Their cuisine and service blew me away. Calcutta 64 is a delightful place to meet up with friends for lunch. Debojit Paul and Birojit Paul's parents are late Anjulika Paul and late Bijoykrishna Paul. They are the original owners of the plot. The other owners are his elder brother, Birojit Paul, Soumini Paul and Sneha Chakroborty Paul.

They have an exceedingly high cleaning standard, and the interiors are constantly pristine. They presently employ 30 people and service around 70 consumers at once. They have been with the company for six years. The café currently has a large following on social media. Mr. Debojit Paul has a YouTube channel named SnehaDebojit, which has over one lakh subscribers, in addition to being active on Facebook and Instagram.

They recently joined with Franchise India for the Franchise Model, and they expect to see an additional five to six stores in the country's east and north-eastern areas within the next year. This is an important fact. According to Mr. Debojit Paul, " And miles to go before I sleep and miles to go before I seep". And miles they will travel for sure.
