The Literary Festival is scheduled to be held on February 24-26, 2023 at Swosti Premium Hotel, Bhubaneshwar, where books written by the acclaimed writers will be present.

After grappling with pandemic-induced restrictions, the KLF Book Awards 2023 returns to celebrate life and is also ready to engage with thought-provoking ideas in literature.

Over the last few years, KLF has been in the limelight as an annual programme in India’s literary-cultural calendar.

The Festival offers a national platform with a global appeal and aims to reduce the gap between regional literature and literature coming of Indians writing in English.

Rashmi Ranjan Parida, Founder and Director of Kalinga Literary Festival, said, “Here dedicated sessions have been planned on the fascinating books written by uthors and reviewers for enriching the literary and intellectual atmosphere at the Kalinga Literary Festival.”
