Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tejashwi Yadav celebrated his 35th birthday on Saturday amid greetings pouring in from the Opposition leaders across the country, while his father Lalu Prasad shared a post on social media, giving him the mantra of “keep working, keep fighting and keep winning”.
Tejashwi is currently campaigning for the INDIA bloc candidates in the Jharkhand Assembly elections, where his party is contesting five seats.
“He (Tejashwi) cut a cake at midnight in the presence of party workers at a hotel
in Gaya. He will return to Patna on November 11 after the campaigning for the first phase of the Jharkhand elections is over,” RJD spokesperson Chitranjan Gagan told The Telegraph.
Lalu took to social media on the occasion and wrote: “The entire Bihar is looking at you with hope and you must live up to their expectations… Carry along everybody with you and take Bihar ahead on the path of success, progress and change...”
