A total of 51 constituencies in seven states — Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, and Jammu and Kashmir — vote on Monday in the fifth phase, which has the fewest seats polling in this year’s Lok Sabha elections.
