The Congress on Tuesday said 600 intensive care unit (ICU) beds could have been readied for critical Covid-19 patients in Delhi with “Rs 32 crore” that the Arvind Kejriwal government spent on the publicity of his Diwali event.

The party also criticised the plan to selectively close markets.
