Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel has extended invitations to all Chief Ministers of states and Administrators of Union Territories to participate in the 'National Ramayana Festival 2023', scheduled to be held in Chhattisgarh from June 1 to June 3 this year.
In a letter addressed to them, the Chief Minister has emphasized the importance of their states and Union Territories joining the event with their respective Ramayana performance groups, as their participation will enhance the grandeur and dignity of this prestigious national event.
The grand national fest will showcase various competitive programmes and the dance dramas to be presented will be centered around Aranya Kanda of the epic Ramayana.
The event will take place at the Ramleela Maidan in Raigarh, Chhattisgarh.
The event will feature captivating performances on the Ramayana by Manas Mandalis of various states from across the country, as well as foreign troupes, capturing the interest and attention of the audience.
Additionally, the National Ramayana Festival will include a collective recitation of the Hanuman Chalisa and a grand Kelo-Aarti ceremony, adding further cultural significance to the event.
