The CBI on Saturday moved a Delhi court appealing for "cancellation of bail to Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav in the IRCTC scam case," reports ndtv.com.
Tejashwi faces charges of allegedly threatening some officers of the agency.
The CBI said to the court that "Tejashwi Yadav had threatened the CBI officials while addressing a press conference, thereby influencing the case."
The IRCTC scam case pertains to alleged money laundering in granting operational contract of two IRCTC hotels in Ranchi and Puri to a private company in 2006.
The court issued a notice to Yadav and sought his response to CBI's plea.
