Air Asia's Lucknow-Calcutta flight on Sunday made an emergency landing at Lucknow airport after being hit by a bird during the take-off, according to media reports.
A video of passengers deboarding the plane has appeared on social media.
The airlines is making arrangements for accommodating the passengers on another flight.
In a similar incident last year, an Akasa Air plane from Ahmedabad to New Delhi was grounded for checks and maintenance following a bird hit. The Boeing 737 Max 8 aircraft suffered radome damage at 1900 feet.
